Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup of Terma’s Ukrainian representation, including office establishment and operational framework
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals and local regulations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Ukrainian government agencies, defense industry partners, and international stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and co-development projects in line with Terma’s portfolio
- Represent the company at key industry forums, exhibitions, and governmentlevel meetings
- Ensure that all operations are aligned with export control regulations and security protocols
- Act as the main point of contact between Terma HQ and Ukrainian stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or investment within defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology sectors
- Understanding of Ukrainian military and defense tech landscape, including procurement processes and key players
- Strong network across government, international donors, defense clusters, and innovation hubs
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Fluent English is a must
- High integrity, diplomatic skills, and an ability to operate in complex political and regulatory environments
